FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: factorization device based on a wave logic element, containing a tuneable filter made in the form of a multi-arm, multi-frequency tuneable interferometer with input and output ports, and an output signal power meter, while the tuneable filter is made in the form of a spin-wave filter based on a magnetic film, which is a waveguide of spin waves, located between the poles of a tuneable electromagnet that creates a uniform magnetic bias field, while the input port is connected to a single-element spin wave antenna, and the output port is connected to a multi-element antenna, also, the output port of the filter is connected to the input of a multi-frequency narrow-band non-tuneable microwave filter, the output of which is connected to the input of a broadband microwave amplifier, the output of which is connected to the input of a directional coupler, the output of the primary line of which is connected to the input port of the filter based on a tuneable interferometer, and the output of the secondary line of the directional coupler is connected to the output signal power meter.
EFFECT: reducing the size of the interferometer used, without reducing computational performance.
