FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an automotive tractor technique and can be used in studies of traction qualities and the appearance of parasitic power in a propulsion-drive system-a transfer gearbox with a forced drive of the leading bridges with inter-wheel differentials, multi-axle all-wheel drive vehicles. Method consists in that the wheeled vehicle is moved along the test section, previously one of the adjacent wheels of the i-1 leading axles with the inter-wheel differential is hung above the support surface before the power opening by the device allowing the movement of the machine over the surface, marking the wheels and surfaces in the appropriate places, moving the machine to the same angular intervals of rotation of the wheels, measure the paths traversed by the wheels being contacted and hung up (raised), and determine the kinematic mismatch (mismatch) with respect to the center of the unimagined driving bridge according to the formula: , where Shi, Sci – the paths traversed by the wheels of the i-th bridge, which were hung and contacted for identical angular intervals of rotation.
EFFECT: device simplifies and improves the accuracy of measuring the kinematic inconsistency of multi-axle all-wheel drive vehicles with inter-wheel differentials and forced bridging.
