SUBSTANCE: radio-photonic system in the microwave oscillation block includes a semiconductor laser module, an electro-optical modulator and an optical radiation divider for channels, and the semiconductor laser module is connected to the input of the electro-optical modulator, the control input of which is connected to a microwave generator, and the output of the electro-optical modulator is connected to the input of the optical radiation divider for channels, each localized speed sensor comprises a photodetector module, an antenna, an autodyne signal extraction unit and a Doppler frequency signal amplifier with paraphrase outputs, whereas the input of the localized speed sensor is connected to the photodetector module, which is connected to the antenna, as well as to the autodyne signal extraction unit.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability, noise immunity and efficiency of a radio-photonic location system for determining the speed of cuts on a hump.
