FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular to control devices for the thermal regime of continuous casting and pressing. Device for the continuous casting and pressing of non-ferrous metals and alloys comprises a body, a dispenser, a dispenser base, a wheel-mold with an annular groove, which is conjugated from above with a fixed arc-shaped segment, ending with a projection overlapping the cross-section of the groove, a press matrix installed in front of the ledge, a collector for cooling the mold. It is equipped with an arc-shaped guide, fixed by means of spring-loaded U-shaped fastenings on the body in the zone of pouring the melt into the wheel-mold, an electric motor mounted on the base of the dispenser and connected by means of a pinion with teeth formed on the body of the device, a temperature sensor mounted on a fixed arc-shaped segment and a controller connected to a temperature sensor, the dispenser being adapted to move along an arcuate guide by means of rollers fixed to the base of the dispenser.
EFFECT: provides stability and accuracy of control.
