FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for continuous casting of non-ferrous metals and alloys. Device comprises dispenser (1), wheel-crystallizer (2) with annular groove (3) and coolant collector, fixed arched segment (4) with female die (5) and with projection overlapping cross section of annular groove (3), branch pipes for supply (9) and outlet (10) of coolant. Wheel-crystallizer (2) is made in form of disc with possibility of rotation in horizontal plane. Arched segment (4) comprises in its upper part a coolant collector. On the dispenser, on the fixed arched segment and on the coolant discharge pipes there installed are temperature sensors interconnected with frequency converter (6). Crystallizer is equipped with bearings (13) and insulating insert (12) located on the side of bearings.

EFFECT: enabling control of heat mode of operation and thermal stability of device operation.
