SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of physiology, immunology, laboratory diagnostics, and is intended for detecting increased cell-mediated cytotoxicity of lymphocytes in people in Arctic conditions. The total number of lymphocytes and the content of average lymphocytes with a size of 8 to 12 mcm in the lymphocytogram are determined in the peripheral venous blood of the examined persons. At the total number of lymphocytes of more than 2.5×109 cells/l and content of average lymphocytes with a size of 8 to 12 mcm in the lymphocytogram of more than 0.35×109 cells/l, an increased cell-mediated cytotoxicity of lymphocytes is estimated.

EFFECT: invention allows identifying people at risk of a pathology associated with secondary ecologically dependent immunodeficiency, disposed to chronic diseases of bacterial and viral genesis.
