SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television engineering and is oriented to the use in television cameras of panoramic surveillance based on the television sensors using technology of charge-coupled devices (CCD) having electronic sensitivity adjustment due to the change in the intraframe accumulation time. The object of the invention is to increase the noise immunity of the automatic accumulation time adjustment (AATA) device when controlling the sensitivity of the "ring" photodetector on the CCD.

EFFECT: increasing the noise immunity of the automatic accumulation time adjustment device by eliminating faults in the levels of the output pulse which determines the duration of the sensor's frame exposure.
