FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the television-computer equipment, and is focused on the use in television cameras, which are made on the basis of “circular” television sensors according to the charge-coupled devices (CCD) technology. Result is achieved by that the television camera photodetector (sensor) crystal has the shape of a circular ring and within it contains a “circular” target, a “circular” memory section, “circular” shift register and CVCU (“charge-voltage” conversion unit) with the “floating diffusion” arrangement, wherein at the CVCU output the monitored object “circular” image analog signal is generated, at that, in the process of the sensor video signal receiving, controlling the reading aperture area is due to the fact that the control pulses period is changed from line to line, providing the same reading aperture area within the photodetector entire “circular” frame.
EFFECT: technical result is the television camera with a computer communication channel excess bandwidth elimination during the industrial products monitoring having the circle or the ring shape.
