In this case, plant seeds or potato sprigs are treated with the extremely high frequency electromagnetic field at the radiation flux power of 0.1–5.0 mW/cm2 and at the processing exposure of 3–5 min. Plant seeds are pre-moistened.

EFFECT: method provides for highly effective seed stimulation for their further germination and development.
