FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of liquids. Pneumatic atomizer comprises a housing, a fitting and a coaxially positioned insert-swirler with an external helical thread and an expanding conical opening inside. In the fitting a cylindrical inlet opening is made, connected to a diffuser, which is made axially symmetric in the housing. In the lower part of the body there is an axially symmetric body of the nozzle. Nozzle is made with a two-stage and coaxial insert-swirl diffuser. Diffuser first step makes the extension of said diverging conical bore inside the swirling insert and is made of wear-proof material. Second stage of the diffuser is a continuation of its first stage, note also that helical knurling if made on its inner conical surface. Conical surface with helical type thread of the diffuser second step is made perforated. Coaxially and axially to the body the tube is fixed on the disk with holes in the upper part of the connection, intended for supplying air to the mixing chamber of the nozzle. Air supply tube is made with a perforated bottom and at least three chokes located perpendicular to the axis of the tube. To the conical surface with a screw-like cut of the second stage of the diffuser, an axis is attached to which a liquid flow dispenser is arranged in the form of a screw drum.
EFFECT: technical effect of the invention: to improve the quality of spraying, efficiency of nozzle, and reduced hydraulic losses.
