FIELD: protective devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easy detachable panels and roof, blast guards and shields, excessive pressure valves. Anti-explosion panel contains a metal armored frame with metal armored plating and a filling-lead, which has four fixed pipe-supports at the ends, four support rods, which are telescopically fitted in said fixed pipe-supports, are rigidly mounted into the explosive object covering. Filling is made in the form of air-lead dispersed system, and lead is made in shape in the form of crumbs and the support rods are made elastic. Panel further comprises elastically damping, disintegrating, disposable elements that are mounted on the support rods to sheets-abutments by means of a damping base connected by screws with a coaxially disposed flange sleeve, the upper flange of which is connected to the damping base, and the lower flange to the hub-type clamping member with grooves to fix one of the ends of the elastic element, made in the form of a conical spring, the other end of which rests against a glass with a central hole in which rod is coaxially placed. On the outer surface of the flange bushing is installed, coaxial to the rod, a safety sleeve made of brittle, disintegrating material, for example porcelain. Cup is also made from brittle collapsible material, for example, porcelain, and with its shell is fixed to the clamping element by screws. Coaxially disposed flange sleeve, the upper flange of which is connected to the damping base, and the lower flange to the hub-type clamping member, is made of a vibration damping material, for example polyurethane. In this case, the rod is made resiliently damping, consisting of coaxially arranged bushings and rods, herewith the bushings are made of an elastic material, and the rods are of a vibration damping material, for example polyurethane. Sheets-abutments, which are welded to the ends of the support rods, are made of a combination and consist of a solid base on which three intermediate vibration damping layers are placed: first layer is made of a dispersible resilient damping material in which crumbs of, for example, the following materials can be used: rubber, cork, foam, capron, foamed polymer, as well as crumb of solid vibration damping materials, for example “Agath”, “Antivibrite”," Shvim "with the size of crumb fractions of 1.5÷2.5 mm, second layer consists of knitted elastic synthetic filaments, wherein the size of cells knitted from elastic synthetic yarns by 10 %÷15 % smaller than fractions of crumbs of vibration damping materials; and the third layer is made of solid damping material, in which sponge rubber, "Vibrosil" type needled fabric based on silica or aluminoborosilicate fiber, as well as nonwoven vibration damping material can be used.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the operation of explosion-proof devices during an emergency explosion at the facility and in ensuring the return of these structures to their original position after the explosion.
