SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Pharmaceutical composition based on fucoidan for oral use made in the form of tablets, and a process for its preparation is described. Compositions include, as auxiliary substances, the following components at a ratio, mass %: fucoidan 33–37, fillers 50–60, mixture of disintegrants 4.0–10.0, glidants 0.5–10, lubricants 0.5–1. Process for preparing the composition comprises sequentially mixing the fillers with a mixture of disintegrants and a glidant, adding fucoidan, moistening the resulting mixture, wet granulation, drying at 40–45 °C, repeated granulation, lubrication with lubricants, tableting.

EFFECT: claimed invention provides increased bioavailability of fucoidan in tablets.
