SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, biology, pharmacology. The method is characterised by the fact that biologically active sulphated polysaccharides (BASP) selected from the group: ungraded heparin, low-molecular heparin and fucoidan are mixed with a block copolymer of polyethylene oxide (PEO) and polyoxypropylene (POP). For effect enhancement, the block copolymer solution before mixed with BASP or the solution containing a BASP polymer is exposed to ionising irradiation.

EFFECT: method prevents desulphation of sulphated polysaccharides in a gastrointestinal tract and provides their oral bioavailability which considerably exceeds the oral bioavailability shown for sulphated polysaccharide (heparin) at an activity unit of introduced heparin.
