SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Tire (10) comprises plurality of first main grooves (14) located on the tread (12) at a distance from each other in the tire circumferential direction. Each first main groove (14) has a first portion (16) passing from the inner end (14A) disposed in the central tread portion (12C), opposite to the tire rotation direction, inclined relative to the tire width direction, and a second portion (18) passing from the said first portion (16) outward in the tire width direction towards the tread end (12E), so that the angle formed by this second portion (18) and the tire width direction is smaller than the angle formed by said first portion (16) and the tire width direction. Tire also comprises first auxiliary grooves (20) disposed on the tread (12) and passing opposite to the tire rotation direction, perpendicular to the said first portions (16) and terminating in the tread central portion (12C).
EFFECT: improvement of tire operational characteristics when driving on snow.
