SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of railway transport and can be used as the draining device in the railway tanks for carriage of liquid cargo. Draining device of the railway tank contains the body (1), the upper (2), the lower (3) and the intermediate gates. According to the first option, the intermediate gate is performed in the form of the safety plug (4), which is made of a polymeric material and mounted on the lower (3) gate through the resilient element. According to the second option, the sealing gasket made of a polymeric material is fixed onto the safety plug at the bottom. Thrust bead with the working surface along the annular edge of its upper part is performed on the inner surface of the body (1). In order to interface with the working surface of the thrust bead in the closed position of the draining device, the working surface is performed along the annular edge of the lower part according to the first option of the safety plug, and according to the second option – of the sealing gasket.

EFFECT: invention simplifies the design of the draining device of the railway tank in terms of the intermediate gate and reduces the labor cost of draining device operation.
