SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an air conditioning technique for vehicles. Vehicle air conditioner contains a contact device for evaporative cooling of water and air with inlet and outlet nozzles and a heat exchanger for cooling air in the driver's cab. Air intake channel in the internal combustion engine is connected to the outlet branch pipe of the contact device. Device with variable local resistance, for example a filter-valve, is installed in front of the inlet branch pipe of the device.
EFFECT: simplified construction, reliable operation and environmental cleanliness with minimal energy consumption.
