FIELD: water cooling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installations for low-temperature cooling of water (liquids), mainly for air conditioning systems and can be used in water coolers and air humidifiers. In a low-temperature water cooler, a layer of water is retained on the inner surface of a rotating cylindrical tray and a vacuum is formed in it, which contributes to the boiling of water at a temperature below 10°C. The end openings of the pallet are provided with plugs, steam-air channels are placed in the water layer, and their inlets are fixed in the boundary layer of air above the water surface, and the outlets are fixed in the holes formed on the outer wall of the pallet or an additional outer cylinder rotating at a circumferential speed of more than 300 m/s.
EFFECT: simplification of design, increase in productivity, environmental friendliness and ensuring operability in any orientation in space.
