FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrophysical and electrochemical processing, in particular to electroerosion alloying, and can be used for repairing machine parts. Method comprises coating the worn metal surface of the part with an electroerosion alloying method in two steps. At the first stage, the metal surface is coated by a metal electrode at a discharge energy of 0.13–0.55 J and with a productivity of 1.5–2.5 cm2/min, ensuring a thickness of 0.08–0.81 mm with a continuity of 100 %, and then a coating layer is applied to the resulting surface with the same electrode, but at a discharge energy of 0.55–0.90 J and with a productivity of 2.5–3.4 cm2/min, providing a surface with a roughness of 2–4 times higher than in the previous stage.
EFFECT: invention provides restoration of the worn surface of the metal parts due to the formation of a good continuity of the applied coating layers.
