FIELD: technological processes; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling mills for heat-resistant alloy alloys. Mill includes rolling table, system of cylindrical supporting and movable rolls and movable tapered rolls, actuating mechanisms for rotating and moving rolls, system for rotating ring preform, test equipment and heating chamber. Heating chamber consists of stationary block with top cover and movable block kinematically connected to actuating mechanisms of rotation and movement of rolls. Control and measuring equipment includes infrared thermometer and optical system for continuous temperature monitoring in zone of saddling, camera for checking ring accuracy. Ring accuracy control camera includes CCD camera with optical system and ring end control system consisting of laser emitter with optical system, translucent mirror with optical system and receiving television camera.
