FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical diagnostics and discloses a method for early prognosis of risk of thromboembolic complications in patients suffering from coronary heart disease after myocardial revascularization by coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG). Method comprises determining the level of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-10 (IL-10) and metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) in the blood serum using a solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, characterized in that if the IL-10 concentration is higher than 65 pg/ml in the preoperative period and higher than 320 pg/ml in the 1st day after operation, concentration of TNF-α is higher than 24 pg/ml in the preoperative period and MMP-1 concentration is higher 3.3 ng/ml in the preoperative and postoperative period, a high risk of thromboembolic complications after CABG surgery is predicted.
EFFECT: method allows in a short time after operation to predict the risk of thromboembolic complications and to adopt the necessary strategy for therapy of this disease state.
