SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is a method for producing an orally acceptable film and the orally acceptable film itself, included in a dentifrice composition, which comprises a water-soluble polymer matrix comprising a first pigment which is released upon dissolution of the matrix, a second pigment that masks the surface of the substrate of the film, and a polymer material adhering the second pigment to the surface of the substrate of the film. Also, the group of inventions includes a dentifrice comprising a plurality of fragments of an orally acceptable film prepared by the method of the present invention.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to achieve an increase in the cleaning time of teeth by means containing said films by controlling the cleaning time by providing a strong colour change signal.
