SUBSTANCE: invention relates to neurobiology and medicine and can be used in the study of parasympathetic and sympathetic innervation of various organs and tissues in norm and in pathology. Immunohistochemical method for detection of sympathetic and parasympathetic structures on the histological sections of various organs is that three successive serial paraffin sections 5–7 mcm thick are mounted on the slide, first cut is colored with a PGP marker 9.5, second cut is colored with a TN marker, and third cut is colored with a Syn marker, then all cuts are colored with astroid or toluidine blue, and after the preparation is made into polystyrene, photomicrography and comparison of the images are performed.

EFFECT: immunohistochemical method of revealing sympathetic and parasympathetic structures on histological preparations is offered.
