FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to methods of nerve stimulation in gastroenterology. The pancreatic disorders resulting from the pancreas dysfunction are treated using nerve stimulation. One electrode of the nerve stimulation apparatus is connected to an autonomic nerve. The electric signal is supplied to a part of the autonomic nerve specified from the group consisting of: solar plexus of the vagus nerve, the superior mesenteric plexus and the internal thoracic nerve. The therapeutic treatment is two-staged; at the first stage, the electric signal is supplied to the above portion of the autonomic nerve, and at the second one, the electric signal is supplied to one of the branches of the vagus nerve.
EFFECT: method extends the range of products for treating pancreatic disorders.
