FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for prevention of keratotransplant lysis in urgent surgery. Method involves introduction of platelet-rich plasma (hereinafter – PRP) lysate. Starting from the first postoperative day, the PRP lysate containing thrombocytes with granules in a concentration of not less than 350 thousand/mcl is administered subconjunctivally once a day every second day in dose of 0.5 ml, total of 3 injections, and daily in instillations 3 times a day until complete epithelisation of the graft and arresting the inflammatory reaction.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to achieve graft preservation and reducing the risk of recurrent keratoplasty after urgent keratoplasty/rekeratoplasty, performed with underlying lysis of the own cornea or keratotransplantation by using two forms of PRP lysate with concentration of thrombocytes with granules of not less than 350 thousand/mcl, inhibiting activity of collagenolytic enzymes.
