FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of strip rolling and a roller system. Roller system consists of a roller, near which a deflector is installed at a distance for the non-contact deviation of the medium used for rolling, from the surface of the strip. Diverting device consists essentially of a main part in which a compressed air chamber is made and a nozzle (116) hydraulically connected to the compressed air chamber. Nozzle (116) consists of a first portion of the nozzle channel (116-I) connected to the compressed air chamber (114) and a second successive nozzle channel section (116-II) behind it. To improve the effect of sealing the deflector for the strip against the roll in the rolling stand according to the invention, it is proposed that the side wall (116-I-2) facing away from the top (112) of the main body (110) is bent away from the top (112) of deflection a strip device to form a second tear edge (119) at the end of the second nozzle passage portion (116-II).
EFFECT: deflection device for the strip and a roller system are proposed.
