SUBSTANCE: device and method of automatic alignment of a conveyor body on a scraping conveyor of a fully mechanized coal face are presented. Device consists of flexible rods and a relative position measuring device, each flexible rod is located between two adjacent hydraulic supports, angle sensors are installed between the flexible rods and hydraulic supports, relative position measuring device consists of flexible connectors, each of the flexible connectors is installed between two adjacent middle trays, flexible connectors have tension sensors with a function of temperature compensation, angle sensors and tension sensors are connected to the signal processing system via communication lines, the signal processing system is connected to the electrohydraulic control system via the data transmission module, the electrohydraulic monitoring system is connected to the hydraulic supports.

EFFECT: this method takes the voltage signal received by the electrohydraulic control system as a guide, performs the corresponding actions on the hydraulic supports and the scraper conveyor according to the operating conditions, reaches the position of the hydraulic supports and adjusts the rectification above the middle trays of the scraping conveyor, the rectification time is significantly reduced and the production efficiency improves.
