FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, in particular to equipment in a working face. Disclosed is a device for monitoring the position and spatial position of a retractable stem of a hydraulic post in a complex-mechanized face. At that, the retractable rod of each of the bases of the hydraulic rack is connected to the middle scraper of the scraper conveyor and comprises left and right sensors for monitoring location and spatial position, providing control of position and spatial position of retractable rod and located respectively on left and right sides of such rod. Besides, the device comprises a central signal processing unit designed to determine the degree of shift of the retractable rod by successively setting displacement dimensions SL and shift SR in accordance with signals on shift SL and shift SR, supplied along feedback channel by left and right sensors of location and spatial position control respectively. Device also comprises drive mechanism arranged between each base of hydraulic post and extendable rod, intended for reception of control signal from central signal processing unit and adjustment of location and spatial position of retractable rod.
EFFECT: increasing the level of production efficiency in a complex mechanized working face, optimizing the number of production personnel and reducing labor intensity of workers.
