FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method of assembling and dismantling a mobile attraction having a tower on which a carrier is arranged in such a way that the carrier can move up and down the tower, the carrier being adapted to carry visitors to the attraction, includes the following assembling steps: erecting an upright former; assembling a first section of the tower around the former; raising said first section of the tower; assembling a second section of the tower around the former and connecting said first and second sections of the tower; raising said first and second sections of the tower; assembling a third section of the tower around the former; connecting said second and third sections of the tower; mounting the carrier on the tower. Method further includes the following dismantling steps: disconnecting the lowermost section of the tower from the section above it; disassembling and removing the lowermost section, and allowing the section above it to move down the former and then become in turn the lowermost section, which in turn is disassembled and removed; repeating some of the steps for the next sections of the tower, which, in turn, are dismantled and removed. Mobile attraction is also described.
