METHOD OF MOUNTING AND DEMOUNTING OF TOWER CRANE WITH OPERATOR'S CABIN INSTALLED AT DIFFERENT LEVELS Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: tower cranes.

SUBSTANCE: according to invention, mounting holder is used in process of crane mounting. Said holder is installed on tower for movement along tower for mounting sections of tower and shifting of operator's cabin. Prior to lifting the cabin it is first secured on mounted holder which is connected with means to provide shifting of cabin along tower, then mounting holder with fixed cabin is lifted to design position of cabin-to-tower fastening, cabin is connected with tower and then it is disconnected from mounting holder and the latter is lowered into initial position. When crane is to be demounted or level of operator's cabin is to be changed, mounting holder is first connected with lifting means and then it is lifted to cabin fixing level and then mounting holder together with cabin, is lowered to demounting level or to new level of cabin fastening. Before increasing height of tower by mounting additional section, the latter is first mounted in fixed position on platform of turntable aligning center of additional section with vertical on which center of hook of mounting crane installed in upper part of tower is located, and additional section is lifted vertically from turntable platform to level of mounting holder.

EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities, reduced labor when mounting and demounting of crane and operator's cabin.
