SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy, in particular to cast iron compositions. Can be used for the manufacture of thermal units parts. Cast iron contains, wt%: carbon 3.0–3.6; silicon 2.8–3.4; manganese 2.2–3.2; aluminium 1.3–1.7; chromium 3.4–4.5; nickel 2.0–2.5; tungsten 2.6–3.0; rhenium 0.2–0.3; palladium 0.03–0.1; rest is iron.
EFFECT: cast iron has a high thermal resistance.
