FIELD: location.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of active location, namely to methods for processing echoes in information measuring systems, radar systems and sonar operating in modes of active recognition of low contrast purposes using superresolution tools against background of pulsed, broadband and spatially distributed interference in radar, sonar or other similar systems. As reference signal, copy of premise, that is, extension of signal spectrum due to partial suppression of central carrier frequency and controlled amplification of side lobes of spectrum, is modified in spectral region, that increases locator resolving power with superresolution tools for digital signal processing in active location, and also increases efficiency and reduces information cost and measuring system of determination of object position.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is increase in resolution of location of objects at a distance in active location, both with use of complex and simple sounding signals and is achieved due to the fact that in typical path locator is supplemented with block of modification of reference signal in correlation receiver (technical realization of filter's signal matched to signal).
