FIELD: heating of buildings.
SUBSTANCE: device for automatic control of thermal energy consumption is proposed, including a supply pipeline, a control flow valve connected in series, the second input of which is equipped with an electric drive, a water jet elevator, a heating system and a return pipeline, as well as a flow valve control module, the output of which is connected to the input of the electric drive, and three inputs respectively with an outdoor air temperature measurement sensor and coolant temperature measurement sensors installed on the supply and return pipelines, and a circulation pump line located between the supply and return pipelines, equipped with the first and second shutoff valves at the pump inlet and outlet, and a return valve at the outlet and inlet connected through the second shut-off valve to the return pipeline. Moreover, the device additionally contains a pump control module, the first and second inputs of which are connected to a coolant pressure measurement sensor installed on the supply pipeline at the elevator outlet, and on the circulation pump line between the second stop valves and the first inlet of the circulation pump, the second input of which is connected to the module outlet control of the pump, and the outlet through the check valve and the first shut-off valve is connected to the second input of the elevator, while the circulation pump line is provided with a bypass line of the pump with a check valve.
EFFECT: increased energy efficiency of the heating system.
