FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering and can be used to provide automatic weather control at heat consumption facilities equipped with heat distribution stations. The heat distribution station with an automatic control system and regulation of heat energy consumption includes a heating supply pipeline connected in series with the heating supply pipeline, a water jet elevator, a heating system and a return pipeline, as well as a circulation pump and a control unit, the first output of which is connected to the input of a circulator pump, the output of an outdoor temperature sensor is connected to the first input of the control unit, at the same time, one temperature transmitter of the coolant and one pressure transmitter of the coolant are installed on the supply and return heating pipelines, the output of the temperature transmitter installed on the supply pipeline is connected to the second input of the control unit, the output of the temperature transmitter installed on the return pipeline is connected to the third input of the control unit, the output of the pressure transducer set on the supply pipeline, connected to the fourth input of the control unit, the output of the pressure tranducer installed on the return pipeline is connected to the fifth input of the control unit, a valve is installed on the heat supply pipeline, the input of which is connected to the output of the electric drive, the input of which is connected to the second output of the control unit, made with the possibility of generating control signals based on the readings of pressure and temperature transducers of the coolant. A circulator pump with valves or balancing valves is installed on a line parallel to the line of the return heating pipeline, while the parallel line includes a check valve with a manual valve, or on the line of the return heat pipeline, or on a line parallel to the line of the supply heating pipeline, while the parallel line includes a check valve with a manual gate, or on the line of the heat supply pipeline, or on a line parallel to the pipeline at the inlet to the water jet elevator, in this case, the parallel line includes a check valve with a manual gate, or on the pipeline at the inlet to the water jet elevator.
EFFECT: creation of a system for automatic control of heat energy consumption and regulation of coolant parameters in thermal points of buildings and structures, ensuring reliable and long-term operation by ensuring a stable mode of regulating the pressure and temperature of the coolant on the supply and return pipelines and automatic weather control at heat consumption facilities.
