FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building, namely to radial flap gas dynamic bearings, and can be used as the high-speed turbomachines supports. Radial flap gas dynamic bearing contains housing (1), shaft journal (2) located inside the hole in the bearing housing, overlapping flaps (5) and additional flaps (7) installed between the housing (1) and the shaft journal (2). Into the housing (1) slots (3) profiled along the open box profile flaps (5) fixing shanks (4) are installed. Additional flaps (7) are located between the housing (1) and the flaps (5), at that, inside the flaps (5) fastening shanks (4) additional flaps (7) bent fastening part (6) is located.
EFFECT: technical result: increase in the bearing capacity of the bearing and shaft motion stability by giving the additional flap possibility of turning (rotation) at the attachment to the housing point.
