SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a bedrail mount. Fixing device comprises first and second U-shaped engaging portions for a bedrail or a headboard. Each U-shaped engaging portion comprises a first leg, a second leg and a connecting leg connecting the first and second legs. First leg of the first U-shaped engaging portion is adapted to be attached to the object and comprises, at its end portion, a projection directed to the second leg of the first U-shaped engaging portion. Second leg of the first U-shaped engaging portion includes a second U-shaped engaging portion. First and second engaging portions have an opening for housing the bedrail or the headboard. Opening of the second U-shaped engaging portion is facing toward the first leg of the first U-shaped engagement portion. First leg of the second U-shaped engagement portion is located on the end portion of the second leg of the first U-shaped portion. Opening of the first U-shaped engagement portion is the smallest distance between the end portion of the lip and the second leg of the first U-shaped portion. Opening of the first U-shaped engaging portion is larger than the length of the connecting leg connecting the first and second legs of the first U-shaped portion.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the reliability of fastening objects with the possibility of their detachment to the bedrail.
