FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. To this end, claimed device is used by improved Node B (eNB 200), apparatus comprising communication circuit (206) for receiving feedback information from user equipment (UE) and control circuit (204) connected to communication circuit, for identifying codeword from three-dimensional codebook (202) based on feedback information received from UE, wherein communication circuit is further configured to precode data to be transmitted to UE based on codeword.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of communication.
