FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to means of monitoring a fluid system of a mining machine. Method of monitoring a fluid system of a mining machine having an upper zone and a lower zone is proposed, according to which: start the cycle of the upper fluid with the period of the cycle time of the upper fluid, the upper fluid cycle corresponding to the upper zone; start a lower fluid cycle with a lower fluid cycle time period, the lower fluid cycle corresponding to the lower zone; after a predetermined period of time after the start of the upper and lower fluid cycles, the upper level of fluid pressure in the upper zone and the lower level of the fluid pressure in the lower zone are measured; determine when the upper pressure level is below the upper threshold value for the entire period of the top fluid cycle time; determine when the lower pressure level is below the lower threshold value throughout the entire period of the lower fluid cycle; and give an alarm signal if: the upper pressure level is below the upper threshold value for the entire period of the top fluid cycle time, and/or the lower pressure level below the lower threshold value for the entire period of the lower fluid cycle.
EFFECT: technical result is to improve the accuracy of the adjustment and optimize the productivity of the mining equipment through the timely detection of abnormalities in the fluid system.
