SUBSTANCE: invention relates to excavator control systems. Control system for an excavator handle is proposed, comprising: control system containing a data processing system, one or more sensors, user interface, and video system. In this case, the control system receives input signals from the user interface, one or more sensors, and a video system. Additionally, the control system comprises an engine associated with the control system, and the engine is adapted to control the movement of an excavator. Control system is configured to control the operation of the engine and contains a reader for radio frequency identification tags, which is configured to read the identification number from the radio frequency identification tags of dump trucks. Data processing system is adapted to use the information provided by the video system and/or sensors to determine obstacles and ways for manoeuvring. Video system of the control system is adapted to capture the image of a dump truck, and the data processing system is adapted to compare the above image with a set of images of known dump trucks stored in a database to identify the type of dump truck and carrying capacity thereof.
EFFECT: technical result is to reduce the likelihood of damage to the excavator as a result of a driver's error during manual operation.
