SUBSTANCE: dry nutritional formula for dietary nutrition includes an enzymatic unfiltered hydrolysate in an amount of 67.8-69.8%, vegetable fat in an amount of 4.0-6.0%, milk powder in an amount of 3.5-4.5%, dried carrots in an amount of 5.0-6.0%, onions in an amount of 4.0-5.0%, salt in an amount of 3.0%, ground allspice in an amount of 0.04-0.07%, ground black pepper in an amount of 0.03-0.07%, riboflavin (dye) in an amount of 1.0-1.25%, pectin in an amount of 5.5-7.5% and 1-O-alkyl-glycerol esters in an amount of 1.0-3.0%. Components are expressed in wt%.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of dry nutritional formulas for dietary nutrition aimed at enhancing the immune status of the human body, intensifying the protective mechanisms of the human body and normalising lipid metabolism.
