FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Disclosed is a method for species differentiation of pathogenic burkholderia by solid-phase immunoassay. Method involves sensibilization of a plate with a mixture of antibodies specific simultaneously to the agents of glanders and melioidosis, use of a pair of species-specific immunoperoxidase conjugates and paired introduction of the analyzed samples into the wells of the plate. Monoclonal antibodies are obtained by immunizing linear mice with cultures of glanders and melioidosis activators, fusion of immune splenocytes with murine myeloma cells, development of linear mice in the abdominal cavity and purification by liquid chromatography.
EFFECT: method for species differentiation of pathogenic Burdcholderia using monoclonal antibodies is proposed.
