FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines (ICE). Proposed is the fuel distributor guide end seal design for the direct injection gasoline engine. Fuel distributor guide is designed so that the distributor guide housing 1 one end or both ends was / were closed by the end cap 2 or end caps. In the proposed end seal design, the pressing surface 2-1 is formed on the end cap 2 wall inner surface having the cap nut shape, wherein the pressing surface forms a seating surface 1-3; pressing surface 1-4 is formed at the distributor guide body end. End cap 2 is screwed in and secured on the distributor guide body 1; and the end cap pressing surface 2-1 is brought into the pressure contact with the distributor guide body clamping surface 1-4 by means of axial force, which is created by the end cap tightening, to seal the distributor guide body end.
EFFECT: simplification of the design and the possibility of using the distributor guide in systems with the fuel higher working pressures.
