SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be used for treatment of the neurobehavioral disorder, selected from the group consisting of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety or insomnia in the person. For this, the patient with the ADHD, anxiety or insomnia skin surface is applied with the transdermal delivery device consisting of dexmedetomidine-based composition containing dexmedetomidine, solubility enhancer, and acrylate adhesive with hydroxyl functional groups, bonding with the pressure; and the protective layer, so that to passively deliver the dexmedetomidine to the person for the ADHD, anxiety, or insomnia in the person treatment. Also provided are device and kit for the person treating against the neurobehavioral disorder, selected from the group consisting of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety or insomnia.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the dexmedetomidine passive delivery to the person for the said diseases treatment.
