SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used to treat hyperplastic chronic laryngitis with dysplasia of gorge mucosa. Affected region is determined. Intralesional infiltration of the larynx is carried out under the affected area with 0.3–0.5 ml of saline so that the affected area is elevated above the surface of the mucosa. Affected area is removed by cold-clotting coagulation with the "Coblator II" device. Method allows to effectively carry out the treatment of hyperplastic chronic laryngitis with dysplasia of the laryngeal mucosa, to avoid the development of postoperative complications and to reduce the duration of stay in the hospital due to intralucent infiltration of the larynx under the affected area of 0.3–0.5 ml of physiological saline, removal of the affected area with the "Coblator II" device.
