SUBSTANCE: drug therapy is performed: hyaluronic acid in capsules 150 mg 1 time per day orally for 1 month, retinol acetate dragees 100,000 IU plus tocopherol acetate 100 mg 1 pill 2 times a day orally for 1 month. Inhalations are performed with a 0.9% sodium chloride solution through an inhaler-nebulizer in coarse mode for 10 minutes, 2 times a day for 14 days, then once a day for 14 days. An endolaryngeal infusion into the larynx of a solution of sodium hyaluronate 1.8 mg/ml, 2 ml dropwise, is performed once a day for 14 days. All three stages of treatment are carried out in parallel.

EFFECT: increasing the effectiveness of treatment and reduction of the frequency of relapses of chronic catarrhal laryngitis, minimizing the risk of side effects, restoring the patient's voice quality and ability to work without the use of invasive treatment methods.
