FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for combined endoscopic diagnosis of chronic hyperplastic, precancerous processes and primary cancers of the larynx. Video laryngoscopy is performed in white light WBL. Additionally, autofluorescent laryngoscopy and endoscopy in a narrow spectrum mode are sequentially performed. When areas of weak lilac glow are detected at the stage of autofluorescent laryngoscopy and structurally even small vascular pattern at the stage of using the narrow spectrum mode, the presence of chronic diseases of the larynx is diagnosed. When areas of pronounced lilac glow are detected at the stage of autofluorescent laryngoscopy of pronounced lilac glow and deformed vascular pattern in the form of short thick vessels at the stage of application of the narrow spectrum mode, a precancerous state of the laryngeal mucosa is diagnosed. When areas of pronounced lilac glow are detected at the stage of autofluorescence laryngoscopy and a deformed vascular pattern, represented by lenticular vessels, is diagnosed, an early form of primary laryngeal cancer is diagnosed at the stage of applying the narrow spectrum mode.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of early differential diagnosis through sequential autofluorescence laryngoscopy and endoscopy.
