SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A knee joint of an exoskeleton comprises a roller free-wheel clutch 1 with a drive fork 2, an electric motor 10, a normally closed controlled switch 12, a switch 13, a torque sensor 29 provided on a shin link 8 shaft 7, a controlled switch 14, a resistance element 15, first 22, second 23, third 28 and fourth 31 threshold switches, a relative angular displacement transmitter 24 of hip 5 and shin 8 links of the exoskeleton, an AND element, a fixation angle selector of the knee joint, a comparison element 27. A free-wheel clutch cap 3 is integrated into a sleeve 4 type end of the hip link of the exoskeleton. A free-wheel clutch hub 6 is mounted on a shaft type end of the shin link of the exoskeleton. The shin link shaft comprises the torque sensor. An ankle link 21 carrier 20 accommodates a mounted shoe 19. A front portion and a back portion of a shoe sole 18 comprise first 16 and second 17 force meters. A body of the relative angular displacement transmitter of the hip and shin links is mounted on the hip link sleeve. The shin link shaft is hollow. A drive fork shaft is coupled with an electric motor shaft 36. An electric motor case is mounted inside the shin link shaft, while the electric motor shaft is coaxial with the hub.

EFFECT: using the invention enables simplifying the knee joint structure, decreasing metal consumption, enhancing ease of maintenance and use, and improving operational reliability of the knee joint.
