SUBSTANCE: invention relates to baking industry. Bakery product includes wheat flour top grade, flaxseed flour, baker's compressed yeast, table salt and water. Initial components are used at the following ratio, wt %: wheat flour top grade: 50.0–60.0; flaxseed flour 25.0–15.0; baker's compressed yeast 1.6–1.7; table salt 0.5–0.6; water is the rest.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce the bakery product that allows expanding the range of culinary products of preventive use with increased biological value with high protein content and saturated and unsaturated fatty acids.
