Bakery product is made of prime bakery wheat flour, whole grade ground hemp seeds "Surskaya" flour, baker's compressed yeast, sand sugar, culinary food salt and water, at the following initial ingredients ratio, wt %: prime bakery wheat flour – 75.0–79.0; whole grade ground hemp seeds "Surskaya" flour 9.0–5.0; baker's compressed yeast – 8.0; culinary food salt 3.0; sand sugar 5.0; water based on 45 % dough moisture content.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of functional purpose flour products with increased biological value.
