FIELD: radio engineering and communications.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to radio communications. Station is proposed that contains a scheme that can be configured to generate a startup frame (TF) containing one or more resource allocations. Each of these one or more resource allocations contains an indication whether this allocation of resources is any allocation of resources for communication in a frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) format, or allocation of resources for communication in multi-user format with multiple inputs and multiple outputs (MU-MIMO). Frame may contain an identifier of a group of stations in the OFDMA system or a group of stations in the MU-MIMO system. Each resource allocation may include specifying a bandwidth for allocating resources in the OFDMA format or bandwidth to allocate resources in the MU-MIMO format. Each allocation of resources for OFDMA communication may contain one or more indication of the address of one or more HEW stations and one or more instructions for allocating resources.

EFFECT: technical result is the allocation of resources to subscribers of the WLAN network.
