SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to biologically active peptides, and can be used in medicine. Based on the antimicrobial peptide tachyplezine from the hemocheto hemocyte, a representative of the family of beta-hairpin AMP, the peptide Tach1[Ile11Asp] was obtained.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of peptide compounds having antitumor activity and low toxicity with respect to normal human cells.
